The Class of 1966, U. S. Naval Academy started this web site in 1997 to aid in passing information to classmates over the internet. The site is funded by the class and maintained by the Class Webmasters. Currently the Webmaster is Michael O'Shea, 21st Company. The assistant Webmaster is Chuck Grutzius, Class Treasurer.
The site is mostly open to anyone who types in the site domain address (http://www.usna66.org) or IP address(http://64.41.94.161), most of the site is freely accessible. The roster and address files are not accessible without the user ID and password for the site. The User ID and password are available from the Webmaster by email. The User ID is also printed in the 66 article header in Shipmate. This was enabled to protect phone numbers and addresses being freely available on the internet. The User ID and password are the same for everybody. Once you have entered the User ID and password for a browser session, it is not required again unless you close the browser and reopen it.
The site is being maintained for use of the Class and all suggestions and reports of problems with the site are greatly appreciated. We can design and build, but only the classmates using the site can tell us what they like and don't like. We are thick skinned and will take criticism without any retaliation. You can find email buttons on most pages or the main page to send email to the Webmasters. Please use them to let us know how were doing. A lot of classmates have contacted us and thank you for the information. We will make any and all changes to improve the site, within our abilities to do so.

When you log into the website you will be on the first page for the site. Clicking on the graphics will bring you to this page and the Naval Academy Homepages. Once inside the site clicking on the 66 crest will bring you to the main menu pages. There is a bulletin board on the entry page which will provide information that is of a General Class nature. More information for each of the bulletins will appear on the bulletin board pages within the site or the pages indicated in the bulletin.
You can use your browser controls to go back and forward in the pages.
You can then navigate through the site using the browser controls, Page Graphics, and/or Menus.
